Writing in Fusion, Arielle Costillo reviews the short documentary movie “Dolphin Lover” that premiered Jan. 25 at the Slamdance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. The film investigates the true story that inspired Malcolm J. Brenner to write the novel Wet Goddess: Recollections of a Dolphin Lover.

Interesting that Costillo had to invent an “electric moment” when I first met the dolphin, even though I clearly state in the documentary that there was no such thing. Journalistic license, anyone?
